The drivers went over and above for my son’s pickup. My son has been immobile due to foot injury and my other son works out of town and was unable to get garbage down, and the garbage workers took the time to go up and get their garbage by the garage. I can’t thank them enough for going above and beyond! Your extra work was appreciated by my son and me! It’s the little things in life that means the most!!

UPDATE: The manager reached out, and the garbage was picked up in less than 2hrs. I was told by a diff staff member that they wouldn't be able to get anyone out before the next pick up and to just throw the extras next to my can at no extra charge. It's 100° out: not putting bags of garbage in my garage and animals & magots would be all over it within minutes if left outside. So THANK YOU, Christy, for getting it taken care of. AND the driver got out to check that it was empty & brought can up to its spot: Thanks to the driver for his extra!!! It's really the little things that keep customers happy, and all of this was greatly appreciated. Garbage didn't get picked up. Told it was recorded as picked up at 0631. No it wasn't. Was told they'd send somebody out. I called twice. Still no pick up. Called next morning and was told the driver said he returned. He did not. So someone is straight lying

We had requested to downsize our trash containers. On the day of the switch, I had not gotten them up to the road yet. The Lepage employee walked up our 300 foot driveway to deliver the new carts and took the old carts full of trash back with him. My watch dog did not alert me until the task was done and all I could do was wave and yell a thank you.

We use LePage & Sons for our regular trash removal and disposal as well as renting dumpsters both for home and business use. They are always on time and communicative when changes in schedules arrive. Several times I have forgotten to put out our trash cans at home and I am always grateful that the driver picked it up anyway! Thank you Lepage & Sons for going above and beyond. Kudos to whoever our driver on our route is!

Update: I canceled my service several months ago and am still getting billed. Reached out via their website and no response. Original review: My garbage was not picked up so i contacted lepage to find out why. My card expired and autopay did not go through. They said they called and left voice-mail and sent a letter. They told me the number they had on file, which they fat fingered when setup (phone number is not something you can view online when you view account detail). The letter they sent was 5 days ago, so before I even received notice they my payment was outstanding they stopped service. I called to update the expiration date on my card and asked when my garbage would be picked up, they said they will pick up at next scheduled date or can come back this week and charge me $25. So because they didn't have my contact info correct I am missing a week of service that I paid for. A few other notes. Rates have consistently been increasing. 30 day noticed but billed every other month, so could be paying for services you never receive (I asked and they said they could prorate, didn't sound like it is automatically prorated though), "pull cart fee". None of this info is on their website, other services are very transparent about fees and rates.
